By accessing the Energy Analytics Lab (EAL) web portal and using services (including mobile applications/information/data/graphs/reports) of EAL you agree to abide by the disclaimer and terms of use given below. If you do not agree to be bound by all these Terms of Use, do not access or use the EAL web portal. You also agree to acknowledge and cite EAL, IITK while using data available at the EAL's web portal.
You agree to refrain from the following practices:
- Violate any applicable law and encourage or provide instructions to another to do so.
- Post any infringing, obscene, indecent, unlawful material or information.
- Misrepresenting your identity including impersonating any staff or member of Energy Analytics Lab and any of its member institution.

- Transmitting and procuring any advertising or promotional material including any "junk mail", "chain letter" or "spam" without prior written consent.
- Upload or attach files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another's computer.
- Delete attributions or labels in any of the uploaded file.
- Falsify the origin or source of software or other material contained in a uploaded file.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage or disrupt any parts of the website, the server on which the website is stored, or any other server, computer or database connected to the website.
